John Aliveto joined Heartland Fabrication as the Director of People Operations in March 2025. In this role, John oversees all aspects of Heartland’s people strategy, including human resources, employee engagement, safety and health, recruitment, training, and workforce development. He plays a key role in aligning the company’s operational goals with a strong, capable, and future-ready workforce.

Prior to joining Heartland, John spent over 15 years in safety leadership, risk management, and consulting advising clients in manufacturing, energy, and heavy industry. He holds a Master of Science in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University.
